The Roam Pant™

My biggest concern was that they’d be another pair of thin ‘hiking pants’ that rip the second you catch them on something. I’ve taken these hiking, climbed over rocks and worn them camping and they’ve held up really well. The reinforced stitching feels solid and nothing has come loose. They’re lightweight without feeling flimsy, which is exactly what I wanted.

Got caught in rain wearing these and was genuinely surprised by how well the water beaded off. They didn’t get heavy and soggy like normal cargos and they dried really quickly afterwards. I also love that they don’t feel like bulky waterproof trousers — they’re light enough that I can wear them travelling or just walking around all day.

I’ve bought a few pants like these and they’re normally either way too tight around the waist or just look ridiculously oversized. These actually sit properly while still giving you that loose, baggy fit. Super comfortable, heaps of room to move, and the adjustable cuffs make a much bigger difference than I expected. I’ve honestly been wearing them more casually than hiking.

I originally bought them because I liked the look, but the functionality is probably why I wear them so much now. The pockets are actually deep enough for my phone, wallet and keys, the zipped sections make me feel better travelling, and the waist and ankle adjustments feel sturdy instead of cheap. They basically look like streetwear but perform like outdoor pants.
